Refund Policy

Shh Social is committed to providing high-quality social media management services through our Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages. We strive for complete client satisfaction, but we recognise that there may be occasions where a refund or service adjustment is necessary. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or adjustments may be granted.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Started: If you cancel your service before any work has begun and within 14 days of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund.

  • Failure to Deliver: If Shh Social is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to an error on our part that cannot be corrected within a reasonable timeframe, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of services not delivered.

 

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Commenced or Completed Services: Once we begin work on your selected package (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), the service is considered non-refundable.

  • Monthly Retainers or Subscription Services: Payments for ongoing monthly retainers or subscription-based services are non-refundable once the service period has started. Cancellations will take effect in the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current cycle.

  • Custom Services: Custom work, one-time consultations, or specialised projects that have been completed are non-refundable.

 

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello.shhsocial@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Your full name and contact information.

  • The package or service you purchased.

  • The reason for your refund request, including any relevant supporting details.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the payment or disputed service delivery. We will review your request and respond within 14 days.

 

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of the refund approval date. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed. Refund amounts will be calculated based on the portion of services not delivered or impacted.

 

5. Service Adjustments and Credits

In lieu of refunds, Shh Social may offer service adjustments, corrections, or credits toward future services to address any issues. These resolutions will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the service and the client’s concerns.

 

6. Cancellations

  • Cancellation by Client: Clients may cancel their service at any time by notifying Shh Social in writing. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle for subscription services, with no refunds for the current cycle.

  • Cancellation by Shh Social: Shh Social reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion, including but not limited to instances of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or inappropriate conduct by the client. In such cases, refunds will be issued at Shh Social’s sole discretion based on the circumstances.

 

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding payments, refunds, or services, both parties agree to attempt resolution through negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action. This approach helps maintain a positive and professional relationship.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

Shh Social reserves the right to modify or update this Refund and Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. Clients will be notified of significant changes through our website or via direct communication.
